Had a slight discoloration on the original floor. Xano521 resurfaced the entire floor, showed up on time , completed the job in 1 day, floor looks fantastic. It is refreshing to work with a company that stands behind their product. David and his helper did a great job.

Xano521 did a fabulous job on our lanai. They were very neat with their work. They were very pans answered my questions. Jeff was great and spent time with us at the beginning with color selection and going the the process. Our dogs love the floor, too

My wife and I are very well pleased with the entire process from the signing of the contract and the finished product. David and Mike did an outstanding job and were very professional and courteous. They were promp on the first day, unfortunately they had to come back the next day to finish through no fault of they own but Mother Nature had plans of her own. We highly recommend Xano521 to our friends and neighbors. Exceptional job. Hopefully our HOA can amend our our bylaws to do our driveway next.

My concrete porch was cracked and paint chipping. The installers were courteous and professional and did a great job, including cleanup. They worked around some logistical problems without complaint and the end product looks absolutely amazing.

We recently had Xano 521 do our patio and we are very pleased with the result. Adam and Craig did the initial install and were very professional and personable. We had a slight hiccup when some of the coating got into a bolt receptacle for our hurricane shutters. I thought that I could use a tap and clean the material out...but no, this stuff is tough. We had to have the receptacle removed and a new one put in. The removal damaged the floor covering and needed to be repaired. Enter Dave who did a repair job that you cannot be detected. The owner of the company actually came to try and fix the problem, but we discovered that the part had to be replaced. Xano took care of everything. Very impressed with all of the people associated with this company!

The floor looks fantastic and will dry within 24 hours. The technicians were personable and did the whole job in a day. Definitely worth the price for this long lasting paint job.

After deciding I've had enough of an ugly looking driveway (it was 20 years old), I contacted 3 companies to give me quotes. One was almost $1000 more than Xano521 and the second gave me a verbal quote close to Xano521's price but never followed up with an email confirmation. Even after I contacted that company they never followed up. My experience with Xano521 was far better than the other two companies. Mitch McKinney showed up on time and was very thorough in his presentation. Even after we decided to go with Xano521 we weren't 100% sure about the color we picked and asked Mitch if he could come back with the color samples. He did so without hesitation and was very patient with us. On the day our driveway was coated, the two employees that did the work (Omar and Justin) were very professional and did an excellent job. I could tell by watching them they took pride in their work. The driveway came out excellent and we have had nothing but praises from our neighbors. Excellent service and a great product. I see no reason why anyone shouldn't choose Xano521 to get the driveway looking pretty.
